The structure is suspended in the air using breakthrough technology, providing visitors with an outlet to disconnect from the city. It is part of the “Rising Oases” series, which uses natural resources to create places of well being within the city.  A number of benefits can arise by liberating architecture from the ground that can influence and positively affect people living in cities. While some can be symbolic others are pragmatic. For example, recovery of land becomes plausible and more greenery and landscape can be accommodated. Also architecture will be protected from natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
